Customer Agreement Policy

FLAT FEE DAMAGE+

WE HAVE A VERY STRICT DAMAGE POLICY:

  • if you break it, you buy it, so please don't break it.
  • it does not matter which on-board person broke it, the cardholder is responsible, financially.
  • your deposit amount ($99) will be used to cover damage, so please be respectful.
  • if the damage exceeds the $99 deposit, you will be charged for the amount.
  • THERE IS ALWAYS NO SMOKING, OF ANY KIND, PERMITTED. If your party is ok with vape, nicotine or nicotine free, but currently not MMJ, YOU MAY!

PASSENGERS/YOUR GUESTS:

  • it is your obligation to keep your guests physical location, not the driver. If passengers take time to load up or drop off, that is included in the agreed time. More time will be added to the bill, if necessary.
  • no alcohol is to be consumed while driving for any reason, guests will be removed for the first violation and the event might end, no refunds, no exceptions.
  • there are no exceptions to the 12 person capacity, additional guests will not be permitted to board. 

BODILY FLUID/SPILLS:

  • bodily fluid is as follows: vomit, spit, urine, feces, blood.
  • any cleanup of bodily fluid will take your $99 deposit amount.
  • excessive cleanup of spills/food/beverages  will also take your $99 deposit. Excessive is defined as anything beyond sweeping or a light wash/rinse.

REFUNDS/DEPOSIT/RETURNS:

  • deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied to your balance if none of the aforementioned occurs.
  • refunds are only given if there have been mechanical issues, at our fault, which have either ended your event early (partial refund) or completely cancelled your event (full refund). Mechanical issues that ARE NOT OUR FAULT do not give you a refund.
  • If you cancel your event with less than 72 hours notice, you will not be refunded.
  • It is up to our discretion if there is a possibility to reschedule.

YOUR AGREEMENT

By reserving, riding, joining or any type of event participation, you have agreed to this policy. You may download a copy of this agreement, and are encouraged to do so. Retain this agreement for your records, post-event damage not found until after all passengers have left, is still your financial responsibility. Any items left on-board will be retained for 30 days, if not claimed, will be donated to a local shelter, excluding cell phones. We will contact you to let you know if items have been left and how you can retrieve them.

Payments

We are as accommodating as it gets! 

Payments and deposits can be made by

PayPal, Venmo, Cash App (digitally) or

QuickBooks Invoicing - major credit cards & apple pay.


Payment is due at the time of your event. If payment arrangements are made, and late payments occur, $25 late fee will be added every 30 days each payment becomes late.


Please remember, this is a small business, please do not short your payment, or do damage. Now that this is out of the way....
